Mohana ordered this for her daughter. She requested to frost with royal icing. I told her royal icing is not buttercream and kinda very sweet. She insists and she also want the cake to be higher than normal one and it's must be a carrot cake and saiz of the cake must be small one. Huhuhu...
So I decided to add 1/2 of the recipe to my normal
Walnut Carrot Cake and bake into 2 mould. The filling is the
Cream Cheese and finally frosted with
Buttercream ;p. However the rest of other decorations eg. leaves, flowers and shells border are made from
Royal Icing :) Cake height is around 4".
